My name is Executive Chef Demonica Pugh. And I want to personally thank you for taking time to read this introduction and menu.
I'm a member of the United States Personal Chef Association and a graduate of The Art Institute of Washington, DC. There I mastered an array of skills ranging from International/American Cuisine and Pastries to Sanitation. I've been cooking for groups both small and large for more than 30 years.
My specialty is healthy preparation of your favorite foods while using the freshest ingredients to maximize flavor and nutrition. Eating healthy has never tasted this good.
I have personally catered meals for President Bill Clinton and Bill Payne, President of the United States Olympics in the state of Georgia, Cover Girl photo shoot, After Parties for Jagged Edge, Silk and Tony, Toni, Tone, Black Tie Gala for the Democratic Party for President Obama, NAACP of Georgia and the Gospel Extravaganza featuring Yolanda Adams, Donnie McClurkin and Kirk Franklin.
With strong leadership and keen management skills, I created Potz & Panz Gourmet Catering. This opportunity has allowed me to prepare healthy, delicious, yet nutritious meals for the people of Montgomery and surrounding areas and I would love to prepare a meal for you.
